About The Toy Library
The Rickmansworth Toy Library was set up in November 1997 with joint funding from WRVS and Three Rivers District Council.
In March 2003 the Rickmansworth Toy Library became an independent charity, registered with the Charity Commission.
It provides a toy lending service for children from birth to eight years old. As a charity it is run by volunteers. Grants, fundraisers and donations provide the finance to buy new toys and retail quality items.
